Frequently asked questions.

What is the process after I fill in contact form?

Screen: I will contact you within 24 hours, we have a brief call or email to discuss your condition and screen to ensure physical therapy is right for you. We set a time, date and location for initial evaluation. I can answer any questions you have.

Evaluate: I come to your home, set up a table and evaluate you as if you’re in a clinic. Then followed by hands-on treatment based on initial findings. We discuss your condition, educate you so you understand that condition, discuss the plan of care and a time frame that works for you. This is where we confirm the amount of treatments and payment. Some conditions may take 1-4 treatments others may take 6-12 depending on the type of condition. We will recommend best frequency based on your goals, however it is always up to you to determine how many treatments you want or need, not the insurance company.
